Good evening, Ruthie. You have so many wonderful works in your gallery. I can't articulate a really intelligent artistic reason why this particular piece is a favorite of mine other than 1) I'm not very good at abstraction, and your work inspires me to try. Actually, I went and took a class on abstract watercolor at Open Ground Studios after viewing your work earlier this year. 2) I dreamed of these colors, dreams are important to me and voila! there they are. BTW, I've never tried a white gel pen, and I'm going to purchase one tomorrow. Oh, and another BTW, here's a happy birthday shout to you, and wishing that every day of this year up ahead is filled with inspiration, creative work, numerous incidences of grace and loads of fun for you.
